How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is available Sydney wide. We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to the recipient, at a flat rate of $15.

What if nobody’s is home?

If nobody is home and we will leave the flowers in a safe location.
Our flowers are always prepped with adequate water and flower food so they will last out of water for some time.

If you do not wish for us to leave your order in a safe place, we can arrange for it to be brought back to store for pick up or a re-delivery where our flat rate of $15 for delivery has to be charged again.

We will not leave flowers at an address during hot weather or intense rain unless it is fully safe to do so.

Can I order flowers in advance?

Yes, before you checkout please make a note with your order for the desired delivery date.

What kind of payment types do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal & Afterpay.

Do you offer same day flower delivery?

Yes we do! Orders for same day local delivery must be placed before 12PM AEST. There is no extra charge for same day local flower deliveries.

My order looks different to the picture

All our arrangements are made to be as close as possible to the image displayed. Due to the ever changing nature of flower availability, seasons and demand, we will strive to hand pick your order to be as true as the image keeping freshness at the core of what we do.

My flowers haven’t lasted as long as expected

All our arrangements are expected to last 5-8 days. Simply Different goes to great lengths to source the very freshest flowers for our customers. However, flowers are an organic product and on rare occasions this product may not meet expectations. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
